How to book a Tour
Telephone the Museum: 01638 667333 option 2 (Gift shop and tours) during Museum Shop open days in between 10am and 4-30pm. The Shop receptionist will advise of availability.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card.
Tickets will be sent out by post if booked soon enough or can be picked up on the day if not.
Please note that there is a £10-50 cancellation fee on all bookings.
There is no refund if cancelled 48 hours, or less, before the tour
