The National Horseracing Museum has a long tradition of organising priveleged visits to working stable yards in Newmarket and giving people the opportunity of seeing behind the scenes. Before visiting a yard the tour starts on the training gallops to watch horses exercising on Newmarket's extensive training grounds and learn about Newmarket's development as racing's headquarters. The tour finally returns to the Museum to enable people to enjoy an in depth look at racing's history, art and legends in the Museum galleries. There is the opportunity to ride the horse simulator, talk to our experienced Practical Gallery staff and visit the Gift shop and Café.
Complimentary tea/coffee vouchers will be provided with your confirmed booking and can be used after 10am in the Museum café.
£27.00 adults, £25.00 concessions [price includes admission to the Museum]
