Early Riser Tour
Wednesday 18th August 2010: departs from the Museum at 6-45am
For those keen to get to the heart of the training regime of the Newmarket scene this is the tour that covers 'first lot' on the Heath gallops. Usually these are the horses that are having the finishing touches put to their preparation before a run. The leading yards are out and about, as are the main contenders.
After a session on the Heath the minibus makes a tour of the town before returning to the Museum for a hearty cooked breakfast at 8-30. The tour concludes with an opportunity to visit the Museum galleries and exhibitions.
Adults £28-50 (includes breakfast and Museum admission) (no concessions).
There is a £10-50 cancellation fee on all bookings but there is no refund if cancelled 48 hours, or less, prior to the tour.
