Converting to an Annual Visitor Pass
Full price Individual & Family
Tickets purchased directly from the National Horseracing Museum can be
converted into an Annual Visitor Pass, giving complimentary re-admission to the
museum and galleries for 12 months (excluding the use of the horseracing
simulator in the Practical Gallery) at
all times that the property is open to members of the public.
Certain Special Events may be excluded
from the Annual Visitor Pass (in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs rules
for the collection of Gift Aid, NHRM reserves the right to specify up to five
days per year when the right of free admission does not apply). Any such
special event at which free admission for pass holders does not apply will be
clearly advertised as such on all promotional material and on the Museum
website.
To convert a ticket into an Annual
Pass, the holder must print their name, address and sign the back of the ticket
and present it to a member of staff for validation before they leave the
premises. To be valid, an Annual Pass must bear an official NHRM date stamp.
Annual Visitor Passes are NOT
TRANSFERABLE.
The NHRM reserves the right to request
additional ID to verify the personal details and/or identity of the bearer on
return visits to the Museum.
Family Tickets which have been
converted into an Annual Pass will admit up to 2 Adults and 4 Children on any
visit (one of the adults in the party must bear one of the family names
validated on the back of the ticket). Family tickets may be validated with up
to two different family names.
Please note that complimentary tickets,
group discounted tickets and tickets booked through a tour operator or ticket
agent cannot be converted into an Annual Pass.
