We are registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office and our registration number is Z2432787. NHRM is run by the National Horseracing Museum (Reg. Charity No.283656) and therefore for the purpose of data collection, the data controller is The National Horseracing Museum, Palace House, Palace Street, Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 8EP. NHRM is run in partnership with the British Sporting Art Trust (Reg. Charity No.274156), The Retraining of Racehorses charity (Reg. Charity No.1084787), The Friends of the National Horseracing Museum (Reg. Charity No.291154) and the Home of Horseracing Trust (Reg. Charity No.1108514). Where you have provided explicit consent for the National Horseracing Museum to share your data with these trusted partner charities in relation to the work of NHRM, the use of that data will be in accordance with this privacy policy. Where your relationship is directly with any of those trusted partner charities, the use of your data will be governed by their own privacy policies.
