Heads up that we will be joined by Suffolk Archives on Saturday 17th February for some crafty family fun. Celebrating stories of arrival, community, and different cultures, this exhibition explores historical and contemporary experiences of migration to Suffolk. This wonderful creative session includes making Pysanky eggs inspired by Ukrainian tradition, Ramadan lanterns and Chinese New Year Dragons.
Heads up as we’ll be joined by Suffolk Archives on Saturday 17th February for some crafty family fun! Suffolk has a rich history of welcoming people from all over the world, which continues to shape the culture of the county today.
Celebrating stories of arrival, community, and different cultures, this exhibition explores historical and contemporary experiences of migration to Suffolk.
This wonderful creative session includes making Pysanky eggs inspired by Ukrainian tradition, Ramadan lanterns and Chinese New Year Dragons. So come along to find out more about stories and experiences of generations of migrants who have made their home in Suffolk and get creative!
Open to ages 5-11yrs. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
