The Taste of Italy: Pasta Making Workshop
We’re bringing a taste of Italy to the Museum this summer, as we’re joined by locally based chef Sally Bycroft, for a pasta-making workshop.
The session will include:
- Welcome glass of prosecco
- Learning how to use a pasta machine to make pasta sheets
- Discussion on fillings and sauces
- How to make a basic pasta dough
- Colouring pasta for striped tortellini
- Cooking and eating your own pasta dish.
