The Taste of Italy: Pasta Making Workshop

We’re bringing a taste of Italy to the Museum this summer, as we’re joined by locally based chef Sally Bycroft, for a pasta-making workshop.

The session will include:

  • Welcome glass of prosecco
  • Learning how to use a pasta machine to make pasta sheets
  • Discussion on fillings and sauces
  • How to make a basic pasta dough
  • Colouring pasta for striped tortellini
  • Cooking and eating your own pasta dish.
