The Tack Room restaurant at NHRM features the best of British produce, showcasing seasonal and local produce where possible. Throughout the summer, the outdoor terrace in the King’s Yard provides the perfect space to dine alfresco whilst enjoying our great selection of wines and cocktails.
The Tack Room is accessible to all members of the public, not just National Horse Racing Museum ticket holders, and can be accessed via the large gates on Palace Street.
Seating accommodates up to 60 people inside and during the summer months, further tables are available in the beautiful King’s Yard that once stabled Charles II’s horses.
The Tack Room gets its name from the original use of the building when Bruce Hobbs occupied it in the 1980s. With views onto the Rothschild Yard – stabling up to eight former racehorses in the flagship home or RoR, it is a unique and enchanting setting for a restaurant.
