We are open 10am – 5pm, Tuesday – Sunday.

Admission tickets give you access to all areas including the National Horseracing Museum, Palace House, and the Rothschild Yard. Don’t forget to join our behind-the-scenes tours at 11:00 am and 2:30 pm every day – Tuesday to Sunday.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and Terms and Conditions apply.  Students and Local Residents must bring proof of ID.

If you are an Annual Pass holder, please come to the shop when you arrive so we can scan your ticket and give you a badge for the day.

You can upgrade your pass to an Annual Pass for free. The Annual Pass will be dated from the day of your first visit to the National Horseracing Museum and will be valid for 12 months from that date.

Please bring the confirmation email with you on your visit to redeem your ticket. You will not be sent any tickets by post.

PLEASE NOTE: We are in the process of updating our booking system so there might be a delay in you receiving your tickets via email. Please allow 24hrs for your email to arrive – if you do not receive anything after that time please get in touch and we will look into this further. If you try and book again in that time period you might be charged and while we will refund duplicate bookings, we appreciate that this causes inconvenience.

Blue Light Tickets
NHRM is proud to have partnered with Blue Light Tickets to offer complimentary access to the museum to all those working in the emergency services, NHS and social care sector. Simply show your Blue Light Card in reception when you arrive to take advantage of this great offer!

Current and retired racing and stud staff
We’re so pleased to be working with The Racing Centre to offer free annual passes to all current and retired racing and stud staff. Simply email reception@theracingcentre.org for more information.

Annual pass members don’t need to pre-book general admission tickets online – just show your pass when you visit and fill out a Covid form. However, you must book event tickets online on the separate event pages.

We have a restaurant, bakery, and shop onsite. Visits can take from 3 hours to a full day, and sometimes even more… However, don’t worry if you can’t fit it all in in one day – once you upgrade your ticket to an annual pass for FREE you can return as many times as you like for 12 months.
