We aim to offer a range of volunteering opportunities and to match people to tasks that take into account their skills and interests.
Volunteer roles can be regular or short-term, depending on how much time you have to spare.

We are looking for a team of up to four Volunteer Gardeners to help maintain the floral displays around our grounds and historic gardens on Mondays or Wednesdays from 12:30pm.
The gardens are a key attraction for visitors to the Museum and are also used for events. To find out more click here.
We are looking for a team of Volunteer Hosts to welcome visitors to the National Horseracing Museum and to provide information and assistance as needed.
This role will be based inside Palace House, the home of the British Sporting Art Trust.
We are looking to expand our team of Volunteer Hosts who welcome visitors to NHRM and provide information and assistance as needed.
This role is focused at the entrance to the museum, just off Palace Street.
We are looking for a team of Equine Volunteers to support staff to care for our resident horses and to engage visitors.
This opportunity is available on a weekly basis. This role consists of slots at approximately 10:30am – 12:30pm and/or approximately 2pm–4pm.
