With his Hollywood career skyrocketing, 1930-1940 was a successful period for Fred Astaire.
In his letters to Jack, he would often update him on the films that he starred in, including ‘Broadway Melody of 1940’,
‘You’ll Never Get Rich’, and ‘Funny Face’.

Opening Times

Winter: 1st November to 31st March

Tuesday – Sunday, 10 am to 4 pm

Summer: 1st April to 31st October

Tuesday – Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm

Also open Bank Holiday Mondays, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

In addition, on Christmas Eve the Museum will be closed but the Gift Shop will be open 10am to 1pm.
